IMW Estates is a modern estate agency with traditional values. 

Iwan, the firm's founder, has been in estate agency since 1991, independently establishing his first office in Llanrwst in 2002, later alongside his wife Kelly expanding to open a second branch in Conwy. Iwan has forged a long and diverse career within estate agency, compiling a diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Conwy Valley, his expertise in both rural and coastal properties is still very much hands on with each and every client. 

Heading a small, experienced and friendly team we aim to offer a personal, highly motivated work ethic with a genuine desire to assist you all the way through your home moving experience.
