Directions:
Proceed from Llanrwst in the direction of Trefriw, turn left by the Gwydir Castle and immediately right up towards Llanrhychwyn and continue steeply up the hill passing former forestry properties on the left, Hafna mine on the right. Continue for approximately 1 mile to the turning for Llyn Geirionydd (clearly signposted). Follow the road down towards the lake and the property will be viewed immediately on the left by the sharp right hand turning which leads to the side of the lake.
